Writing everyday may sound easy at first, after all most of the time that we decide that we are going to be writers we are at our most inspired. But it’s a fact that there will be days that the inner muse seems to be missing, when writing block crashes down on us, leaving us bereft of not only words but at times ideas.
This is where taking the time to work on a different project can not only be refreshing it can be the very thing to unlocking our creativity again. So I not only encourage you to use the many free writing prompts below, but to also step out of your comfort zone while you are a doing so. If you write poems then try your hand at short stories, if you like to write horror then try your hand at romance and visa versa….
